Our Story

Vida Plena Therapeutic Services was created from a vision to make mental health care accessible and affordable for diverse communities. Dr. Aleida Murcia saw firsthand how many individuals and families, especially in Latino and underserved populations, faced barriers to quality care due to cost and lack of resources. Inspired by her professional experience and personal commitment to equity, she founded Vida Plena to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and affordable services that empower people to heal, grow, and live fuller lives.
